I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and offered a great variety of amenities like a fantastic pool and playgrounds for kids. Additionally, the location was perfect - it was situated between Jbeil and Jounieh, making it easy to access restaurants and shops, and the hotel was generally very clean. I had a fantastic experience.

The hotel had a fantastic sea view from my room and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The pool was also a highlight of my stay - it was a very large and clean pool.

The room could have been cleaner and there was some maintenance needed in the bathroom. the hotel's location was not ideal for accessing the sea as there were no safety features provided, and the air conditioning unit blew directly onto the bed making it uncomfortable to use overnight.

This family-owned hotel in Safra area near the sea boasts a great view, a huge swimming pool with sea water, sports grounds, and friendly staff. Some of the rooms have a beautiful corner balcony with both sea and mountain view. Guests can enjoy a nice breakfast with everything to start their day.

One of the rooms had a dysfunctional AC, which made it difficult to stay.

The location of the hotel is strategic as it is close to restaurants and supermarkets, making it convenient for families. The hotel offers clean and well-maintained Olympic-sized pools with a marvellous view of both the sea and mountains. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

The hotel needs maintenance as the rooms and bathrooms need renovations and cleaning. Some aspects of the hotel need attention and can hinder the comfort of guests.
